In this episode, Mark Treglio is on location at Firehouse Expo in Columbus, Ohio. He has a conversation with Andy Starnes, a nearly 30-year fire and EMS service veteran and founder of Insight Fire Training, LLC. Andy is a career Fire Captain in a large metropolitan fire department where he also serves as behavioral health coordinator. His work has been seen in many publications around the world and he serves as a thermal imaging subject matter expert assisting fire departments with purchasing advice, education and training. Insight Fire Training has trained firefighters and thermal imaging industry members across the United States and 20 countries. Andy is the author of the world's first thermography based firefighting thermal imaging certification credentialed by Infrared Training Center.
