In this Freedom Talks Short, Host, Joe Ogden introduces the Freedom Fitness Challenge 2024. This health and wellness challenge encourages you to set a goal for yourself for 2024 in the health/fitness/wellness realm. Commit to walking 1 mile 3 times a week, cooking a healthy meal 1 time a week, limiting fast food to 1 time a month, stretching 4 days a week, getting in the pool to exercise 1 time a week, run a 5K, bike 100 miles, the possibilities are endless. This is the time to become accountable, get healthy, and become happier.
