Performance Intelligence with Andrew May

In this Bite Size from episode #85 Andrew talks to the NSW Primary Principal’s Association about optimism and why it is a bit deeper than just trying to force a smile when things aren’t going your way.

Andrew acknowledges that while bad times do happen and our brains are wired to focus on that it is about seeing that there is something better on the way and focusing on that. Andrew also gives an example of a study done at a convent that shows how you think can literally change your brain.
