The Assassination of Franz Ferdinand - The History of WWI: Episode 1

Veterans Day is just about a month away, on Tuesday, November 11th, which also marks the day the First World War ended (November 11, 1918). On each Tuesday, now until Veterans Day, we will take about 10 minutes to discuss the history of WWI.
 

In the first episode, we talk about the most immediate cause of WWI: the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand.
