Kasra Dash: Today we're going to be talking about AI lead generation — getting leads from LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini. I'm joined by James. We do a lot of GEO optimisation, or as some call it, AI SEO or LLM SEO. We’ll call it GEO optimisation because it rolls off the tongue. We’ve done a lot of testing, so what strategies seem to be working, and why should people be focusing on this? James Dooley: I’m a massive believer that your lead generation strategy should make you omnipresent. Wherever your potential customer is searching — ChatGPT, Google, Gemini AI — you should appear there. If the answer is yes, you should optimise for AI and LLMs. LLM stands for large language models — the algorithm that feeds AI answers — and you want visibility inside them. Kasra Dash: The strategies overlap with SEO, but there are fundamental differences. Google relies on PageRank. LLMs rely on the Infinite Loop of Self-Corroboration. They want repeated, consistent messages and confidence in your brand entity. So with AI lead generation, you want your brand in as many LLMs as possible. James Dooley: If someone wants more leads and believes AI is the answer, why should they do this? Kasra Dash: I did a video on this. SEO is changing. A well-optimised website with just a few tweaks can get visibility across all LLMs — Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. By writing with entities and tightening your foundations, you instantly get more visibility across the LLM ecosystem. James Dooley: If you're looking for AI lead generation strategies, make sure you're writing in semantic triples. Check out our video on semantic triple factoids for AI Overviews. And if you want to team up with an AI lead generation company, go to fatrank.com. We usually offer commission-based or performance-based lead generation. Fill in the form, and hopefully we can help.
