Especially in our darkest moments, we are called to remain close to God and remember how profoundly Christ suffered, how completely He gave Himself, and how immeasurable His love for us is. There is no Christianity without the Cross, and when we embrace the Cross with Christ, even our deepest wounds can become a pathway to new life.
