Show Notes

Creating and sharing your real estate journey on YouTube is the best place to start.  Now, you might be thinking, "how am I supposed to actualize it?" or "how am I supposed to carry it"?  Well, we are on the same boat, and we would be glad to help you with it.

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country, and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business since 2019 and we have never looked back.

We've done a couple of channel consultations and we are trying to get you to the next level. There are helpful tips that we shared that have proven to be incredibly effective for us.

One thing I've realized about myself recently is that I'm constantly struggling with how to stay going. There will be times when you are completely motivated to generate contents, and then you will suddenly lose that drive. That is the usual problem we encounter as a creator.

The best solution I've found is to not overburden myself and to hire a virtual assistant to assist me with posting and creating all of my videos. And that is where consistency comes in.

Having someone assist you with all of your content boosts not only on your YouTube channel's performance, but your creativity will expand more along with someone to brainstorm with.

This way, you will have more time to think of new concepts while someone else is working on editing and handling your social media for you. And let me tell you, it's hassle-free.

I go live every Wednesday at 1 PM, Central Standard Time to answer any and all questions that you may have from titles to use for your videos, equipment to buy, or topics to pick up.

The Channel Junkies Podcast is for real estate agents who are already on YouTube and want the channel to finally behave like a business, not a second job. Each week, we show you how to turn your “Living In [City]” channel into a predictable relocation lead machine that feeds your pipeline whether you’re filming or not.

Hosted by Jackson Wilkey and Jesse Dau, founders of Channel Junkies, you’ll get tactical breakdowns on video hooks and titles, first‑30‑seconds retention, thumbnails, upload cadence, and analytics that actually matter. We go deep on the back end too: speed‑to‑lead, follow‑up SOPs, show‑rate fixes, and simple systems so you stop dropping YouTube leads on the floor and start closing more buyers and sellers.

No fluff, no generic “social media tips.” Just real case studies, hot‑seat audits, and step‑by‑step playbooks from agents doing 6–7 figures in GCI from their channels. New episodes weekly.
