Kasra Dash: Today we are talking about the best indexing tools for e-commerce websites. I am joined with James. James, you have invested in several indexing brands and tested a lot of different tools. We have both tested many indexing tools. First, explain why you decided to invest in indexing tools. Then let’s list some of the tools we have tested. James Dooley: I have always been looking for the best indexing tools. Over the years there have been some very strong options. Instant Link Indexer, One Hour Indexing, and Sim were all tools I used in the past. Speedy Index, also known as the Telegram bot, can work very well and is cheap. However, all of them had small bugs or limitations that did not meet my needs. James Dooley: This became more obvious when working with e-commerce sites. If you are trying to get into Google News or push visibility back to product and category pages, you need consistent crawling. With e-commerce pages, I wanted new products crawled as frequently as possible. James Dooley: After testing everything, if I rank the best indexing tools for e-commerce sites, position five would be Speedy Index. Position four would be Rapid URL Indexer. Position three would be Giga Indexer. Position two would be Backlink Indexing Tool. Position one would be Indexional. Kasra Dash: You tested many of these tools specifically for e-commerce. What frustrations did you run into when using indexing services? Kasra Dash: One tool you did not mention, which surprised me, is Index Me Now. It is very good, but it costs one dollar per URL. If you have forty products, that is forty dollars. If you have one hundred products, that is one hundred dollars just for indexing. Kasra Dash: The positive is that Index Me Now refunds the credit if they cannot index the URL. You have built Indexional in a similar way, where credits are refunded if indexing fails. That is a strong feature. I also tested Rapid URL Indexer. Kasra Dash: The main frustration across most tools was inconsistency. They would work well, then stop working for months, then start again. Some tools claimed URLs would be indexed within a week, but results would take two, three, or four weeks. The claims did not always match reality. James Dooley: That is fair. Index Me Now does have one of the highest indexation rates. Indexional and Backlink Indexing Tool were built to try and outperform it on indexation rates. The reason Index Me Now is not in my top five is purely pricing. One dollar per URL is too expensive. James Dooley: For e-commerce sites using tier two backlinking, where hundreds of backlinks point to tier one pages that feed into product pages, the cost becomes unmanageable. For that reason alone, I could not include Index Me Now in the top five for e-commerce indexing tools. Kasra Dash: That wraps up our video on the best indexing tools for e-commerce websites. If you have questions or think we missed a tool, drop it in the comments and we will do a follow up video. Thanks for watching.
