I love a chance to get into a nearly existential conversation about recruitment and about business. As anticipated, Ken's new book reflects a lot of the views he shared with me in our past conversations about how good leadership stems from a few core guiding principles. It was a really fun talk and I feel that there is a thirst for this kind of talk around what a company is and why it exists.
