Yet another interview recorded live at the World Championship Gumbo Cookoff in New Iberia, Louisiana. Avery Grubb is the Marketing and Public Relations Director for the Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce. In fact it was Avery who initially reached out and invited us to the Gumbo World Championship.
