While the disposition required of great coaches and teachers is similar--an unconditional belief in their clients or students--the approach is not the same. The group discusses artificial limits, inquiry-based coaching, and how the ability to impart knowledge effectively in a classroom is a different art than the ability to ask the right open-ended questions to "unleash the genius" in a client.
