Show Notes

Uncle Walter's Year of Wonder. Near Lake Huron, in the Grey Water Area, Uncle Water recalls growing up in the 70's, before computers, before unsocial media, and before people forgot what was important.

May, when flowers bloom and teens enjoy the fruits of prom. But not all is well as Walter is confronted with the double standards handed to his brother and sister at prom time.

Walter wants things to be fair, and will do everything he can to make it happen, even if he does not understand the reasons his parents treat Jackie and Henry so differently.

A tale of family protection and family history, all among the blooms of May.

Listen as Uncle Walter tells a May tale about how little we sometimes understand about why people do things. Featuring Marty Garavaglia as Uncle Walter.
