In our chat, we speak about setting 2am alarm calls for workouts, the feeling of creating celebrity bodies which break the internet and why he always allows room for cheese and chocolate in diet plans. 

The sound from David’s end is a little muffled at times, but he was speaking to me from the set of a film, so we can forgive him for that!
