Mind Your Money with MissBeHelpful

Season 4: E8

Maribel is a recent college grad whose family is based in California and has Mexican roots. She is very proud of being Latina and wants everyone in the Latinx community, especially the Spanish speaking population to know that investing to build wealth is for them, too! She strives to make her content inclusive and accessible by posting everything in English and in Spanish.

We talk about everything from Maribel's college days, traveling abroad, having her mom's support even when she earned minimum wage working in factories, and leveraging the knowledge Latinxs who work in agriculture have of generational wealth building strategies - and applying that to the stock market here in the US. This girl is on FIRE!!! I'm SO excited to kick off Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month with Maribel of @OurWealthMatters.
