BEHIND THE CURTAIN

In our first episode of our "careers and culture" series, we speak to Augusto who leads the team at one of the largest leisure facilities in Buckinghamshire. It is a great insight for anyone that is interested in career pathways within the sport and leisure sector. Whether that be for themselves or for people in their family or friendship circles. It's also great support for those that work in education or support of any kind for people looking for understanding of career options.

What is BEHIND THE CURTAIN?

Have you ever wondered what goes in to creating the success that you see in different industries?

Do you ever find yourself questioning why certain places, people and things operate as they do?

Are you or a person in your circle, interested in a career path and it would be beneficial to know more about it?

Do you just need a lift in energy from hearing how others navigate their life ups and downs?

If any of the above sounds a fit for you, then this podcast IS a fit for you.

Listen to candid conversations with influential people from their sector. Get inspired by the journey, build hope from the challenges they have over come and get the truth from BEHIND THE CURTAIN of the area they specialise in.

Each series will cover a different industry or sector. If you feel that there is an area we should explore or if you have experiences that you would like to share on our podcast. Please get in touch at chat@teamcic.co.uk
