Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #17- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

 

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into How and Should You Hire a VA (Virtual Assistant)? The first question that comes to your mind is WHY should you hire a VA? Then next question is How? How will you hire them correctly. Let's answer the first question of Why should I hire a VA, it's as simple as they can help you get more organized and help you grow your business. When Jesse and I are starting up we all do the work from, shooting videos, editing and many more things you can imagine. But while we are doing all those stuff, we've realized that we can't do everything at the same time while doing other things also. And believe me when I say that there are people who can do things that some of us can't do, right? There are people who can do their job well done, like we do ours. When hiring your VA it is important an thing to provide them all the information and details they needed. I put a lot of work in every videos that I shoot and I make sure that my VA's know exactly what to do with it. I gave them all the video with titles, send them the raw files and BOOM! You are all enjoying their fruitful work. They can do the magic in their own way.
