Remember that film that took place on a coastal town where they were terrorized by some kind beast of the sea? Strap in, beefers.  These films are sort of like that but not really.  Iris and I are joined by a returning Jeffery X Martin to discuss two Jaws ripoffs hand picked by X. In Mako Jaws Of Death,  Aquaman wannabe Richard Jaekel controls sharks with a special medallion  can control and talk to sharks.  He uses this to police the ocean and use them for his own nefarious needs. In Up From The Depths, a slimy sea creature attacks hustlers, bikini clad beauties and a whole lot more in the chummy New World jam.
