The Christmas season is about God’s King, come to earth to rescue his people and redeem his creation. It’s a story that is foretold, among other places, in Israel’s prayer book: the Psalms. Woven throughout this prayer book is the story of the coming King, the Messiah, whom God has appointed over against the kings of this earth. Join us as we begin this advent season by encountering the coming King in the Psalm 2, and in responding in worship to the one who will set all things right.
