In this episode, we have Joe Rasco. He was a founding member of our village and part of the first Village Council. HE was Mayor of the Key from 1998-2002. He also worked for Miami Dade County as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for 17 years and has been living in Key Biscayne for the past 44 years.
