While RCS’ owner, Ben Perrou, was in college, Hurricane Fran rumbled through Raleigh and Eastern NC. If you could hold a hammer or haul debris, you had a job. He started working with a small Restoration firm and he found that he liked the work and so he decided to stay with it through college and after graduation. Working with larger and larger firms through-out his career, Ben ultimately decided to start his own business.

AGENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, She and her family moved to Holly Springs in 2021 from the central Shenandoah Valley where she spent a decade working at a private Christian school as the Instructional Technologist. Before that she had spent another decade working as a Jill of all trades in a large manufacturing facility, working in the marketing, purchasing, and engineering departments. Her work history is varied and diverse. Once here, she decided to return to her roots and go back to real estate. Growing up, her parents were both realtors and owned their own company where they also managed properties.
