This week’s episode features Paul Shannon, a diversified investor with both passive and active investments in his portfolio. Today, Paul describes deal metrics that he both likes and dislikes when he is vetting a deal, as well as asset classes that he likes to invest in. Paul hails from the Indianapolis area and is focusing on conserving his capital and watching the economy for a bit while he leans towards moving more of his portfolio into the passive investing industry.
