प्रवचने शक्तिः

काशीनगरे निवसन् कश्चन संन्यासी प्रतिदिनं प्रवचनं करोति स्म । तस्य प्रवचनं श्रोतुं सहस्राधिकाः जनाः आगच्छन्ति स्म । केचन पण्डिताः तस्य प्रवचनं श्रोतुं एकदा आगतवन्तः । ते अवदन् यत् तस्य भाषायां असाधुशब्दाः बहवः सन्ति इति । तथापि, एतत् बहवः जनाः श्रद्धया शृण्वन्ति । प्रवचनस्य शक्तिः का इति पृष्टे संन्यासी अवदत् - 'मम भाषा उत्कृष्टा नास्ति इति सत्यम् । तथापि मम अनुभवः एव मम प्रवचनस्य मुख्या शक्तिः । अहं सरलानि तत्त्वानि एव निरूपयामि' । पण्डिताः तस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा समाहिताः अभवन् । सः संन्यासी अग्रे 'कबीरः' इति विख्यातः अभवत् ।

In the city of Kashi, there lived a monk who gave daily preachings. Thousands of people came to listen to his discourses. Once, some scholars came to listen to his preaching. They pointed out that his language contained many improper words. However, many people listened to him with devotion. When asked about the power of his preachings, the monk said, ‘It is true that my language is not excellent. However, my experience is the main strength of my preachings. I explain simple truths’. The scholars, hearing his words, were satisfied. This monk later became famous as 'Kabir’.

What is बालमोदिनी?

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
