“The most curious person in multifamily,” Moshe Crane is the VP of Branding and Strategic Initiatives at Sage Ventures, a Maryland-based real estate investment and management firm focused on multifamily and other asset acquisitions and development in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. The company manages more than $1B in assets and over 4,000 apartment units while developing and selling new homes.
