Building online communities with Microsoft Teams (feat. Joan Sutherland & Elicia Lanham)

In Episode 6, Joan Sutherland and Dr Elicia Lanham discuss how she built a sense of community through the use of Microsoft Teams in an IT unit with over 500 students. She provides insights into how students built their confidence in the digital space throughout the unit and strategies implemented to facilitate this.
