Anyone found in Israel worshipping anything other than Yahweh is to be stoned, but only if there are 2 or 3 witnesses and it has been diligently inquired into. If there is a dispute that cannot be settled between two parties, they are to take it to be judged by the priests who are Levites and the judge of those days. If they are presumptuous to not do according to the sentence, they are to be stoned. When Israel asks for a king, they are only to have a king that Yahweh chooses from among them. Any king is to copy the law from the book before the Levitical priests that he may learn to fear Yahweh and that his heart not be lifted up above his brothers. Read from the World English Bible.
