Femtech Health Podcast

Wendy Strgar is the founder and CEO of Good Clean Love, a pioneer in organic sexual wellness and vaginal health products. In this conversation she pulls back the curtain on everything the women's health industry has been getting wrong for decades.

It starts with a statistic that stops most people in their tracks: two-thirds of women have an unhealthy vaginal microbiome, and most of them have no idea. Not because they're doing anything wrong, but because the research has been underfunded, products on the shelf are actively harmful, and the medical system hasn't given women the language to even describe what's happening in their own bodies. Wendy built Good Clean Love to fix all of that, starting with her own story of postpartum prolapse, recurring infections, and a desperate search for products that didn't send her "screaming to the bathtub."

She breaks down the science of osmolality and why most lubricants and personal care products don't actually have women's best interests in mind. She explains the pH lever, the role of lactic acid, and the biomimicry protocol behind Good Clean Love's Biomatch system, and introduces her new platform, Good Clean Clinical Care, which connects women in underserved areas with qualified OBGYNs in every state. It also compounds medicines in a bio-supportive base, which is a direct response to the lack of women's gynecological care across the United States.

This conversation however goes well beyond clinical aspects. We talk about what happens to sexual health after cancer treatment, childbirth, and menopause, about arousal versus desire, the olfactory-limbic connection that makes scent so powerful in intimacy, and why the clitoral organ system was only fully mapped for the first time in 2026. We also tackle honestly about loneliness, disconnection, shame, and why rebuilding a relationship with your own body may be one of the most important health decisions a woman can make.

If you work in pelvic health, women's health, physical therapy, or gynecology, or you're simply a woman who wants to understand her own body better, this conversation is essential listening.
