Every Friday I will release a fitness oriented Podcast. It will document my journey to better health, including everything I continue to learn about my health and how to improve it. This first episode will cover my very first Quest, a quest to lose 6 lbs in March, and 48 lbs by June 30th. This is my first documented quest, and the first of many.
I am working toward the best possible person I can be, and I wanted to bring you all along for the journey. Hopefully I can inspire everyone to find a Quest to improve their own lives along with me.
