College Speaks

Making friends in college can feel awkward, confusing, and sometimes downright embarrassing — but it’s also one of the most important parts of the college experience.

In Episode 4 of College Speaks, the hosts dive into the real-life challenges of building friendships on campus. From meeting people in classes, dorms, and student clubs to navigating social anxiety and group chats, the crew shares honest stories and advice about how friendships actually form during college life.

Along the way, the conversation takes some hilarious detours — including debates about fast-food chicken, Disney Channel nostalgia, and whether college friendships are temporary or lifelong.

Topics include:
 • Where students actually meet friends on campus
 • The awkward reality of approaching people in college
 • Why clubs and organizations might be the best place to connect
 • How texting first and staying in touch matters more than people think
 • The truth about college group chats and social anxiety
