Launching and running a webinar—or series of webinars—requires an incredible amount of work. So much goes into the preparation, planning, and post-presentation of a webinar in addition to the event itself. It can be a daunting prospect, but I'm here to help you make sense of it all.

In this episode, I'll cover the whole webinar workflow, starting with initial research and planning. That means making sure you write down everything about your topic that you will want to cover, writing a script, and having the visual aspects of your webinar ready.

After that, it's prep time! Rehearsing your presentation is vital to help you feel more at ease and familiar with what you will be saying.

A virtual assistant can help with these parts of the webinar process, but perhaps the area where the extra hands are most helpful is during the webinar itself. I've helped many clients present their webinars by being on-hand with audio/video advice along with monitoring the chat, related resources, follow up emails, you name it!
