Green Oasis

The opening of the botanical Museum was on March 6 2008. It was the first of its kind in the Middle East. It shows a timeline of plant life from million years ago to the present time in an interesting theoretical and practical way. The museum also shows the importance of plants to humans and other creatures since the old ages.

The museum is a venue to provide visitors an opportunity to learn about the flora and fauna of the Arabian Desert.

A series of epidoes dedicated to the ‘Environment and Protected Areas Authority’ in Sharjah that takes us on a tour of all the centers affiliated with the authority and focuses on the authority’s intensive efforts in caring for these green spaces and animals by providing the appropriate environment for them and supporting sustainability in all fields.
