Having signed up at 17, Luis learned the ropes of leadership from his military training and continues to apply those skills in real estate and as training officer in the New Jersey Army National Guard. Luis: "If you're planning to buy a house, you should probably start looking at your credit, your income, your assets about two years out and figuring out the stuff you need to do in order to buy a house. Don't wait until the day that you're ready to buy a house. Do it prior to, and be ready to buy a house when the time comes."
