The Butcher Shop

After festering in the boiling room for a short time, the Elm Street kids are burning and dreaming of mediocrity once again. We’re nearing the end of season one of the show and we’ve hit Krueger bedrock with two episodes that sort of work for us. In Love Stinks, a guy with commitment issues loses love, gains a stalker and a whole lot more. This is paired with a second half (like they do) that includes Jeffery Combs as sadistic pizza restaurant manager with a new secret ingredient. In the The Art Of Death, a lovelorn artist falls in love all while his creation is coming off the page and into the real world and causing havoc.

What is The Butcher Shop?

A multi-genre podcast where Gary and his co-hosts (Iris Walters, Suzanne Cappelletti and Jamie Sammons) put two films that share a thread on the table and talk about them with a bit of banter and laughter at each other’s expense.
