I know the title looks like Placenta Pies, but it is supposed to sound like placenta and recipes put together, so that is something that happens in this episode.  I suppose one of the recipes could be a placenta pie.  There is also a lot of anticipatory talk right before Will leaves for the adoption which we all know now fell through over the holidays... but enjoy some of the dark foreshadowing about the possibility of that happening. Ha. ha. ha.  We also talk about the most used language on dating sites in 2014 and how to avoid hooking up with coworker accidentally at an office party!
