Ponch and Jon have a busy halloween ahead. For some reason they have to patrol the surface streets and end up busting a lady dressed as a ghost stealing money to pay off a loan shark. They also scare a kid so much that he runs away from home, catch an older lady stealing candy and stop some guys stealing a lawn. Oh, they also meet some girls and end up getting invited to a party. Busy day!
