For the full fiscal year 2027, the company raised its product revenue guidance to $6.07 billion, representing 36% year-over-year growth, which includes approximately 1 percentage point of growth from Observe.

Full-year non-GAAP operating margin guidance was increased from 13.5% to 14.5%, while the non-GAAP product gross margin is expected to be 74%, reflecting a higher revenue mix from fast-growing AI workloads that carry lower contribution margins.

The company reiterated its full-year non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow margin guidance of 23%.
