Show Notes

What is defined as a good leader is often confused with a charismatic individual or someone who is a great speaker. True leaders aren't just great speakers but they also have distinguishing characteristics that make them stand out.

In this first episode on the Guide to being a Great Leader, Tywauna 'Coach Tee', discusses characteristics that distinguishes leaders.

5 Characteristics That Distinguish True Leaders From Others
  • They are able to project themselves
  • They provide safety
  • They seek to make the best possible decisions
  • They inspire confidence
  • They put the interests of others above their own

Choose to dream big today! You might fail but who cares, you tried. It is part of the process. The only way you will be able to achieve those career goals and put all of that talent to use, is if you create a plan and put steps in place to make it happen. Today is the day you get tired of watching life pass you by and you commit to winning.
