Kathi Lipp is back with her favorite co-creator Roger Lipp to continue the conversation about how to up your own creativity factor. In part 1 of this series, the pair gave an overview of what is coming up in this series and introduced us to the idea of increasing your “Creative Quotient.” In this second episode, Kathi and Roger talk more about planning for creativity and the importance of putting yourself in creative places. Listen in as they explain:

  • What it means to “catch creativity in the cracks”
  • Red light steps and green light steps, and why both are necessary to the creative process
  • The importance of trusting the right people with your creativity

Roger also introduces us to the phrase “creative procrastination,” and explains what it means and why it’s so important.
