When launching a service, not getting caught up in perfectionism is vital for success. Kathrin Folkendt is the CEO of Femtech Insider, where she is a leader and advocate in the women's health space. When you are first starting up any business, it is so common to let yourself get in your own way, so you need to overcome that drive for perfectionism and allow yourself to not be the expert. Once you have an idea for your service in place, launch fast, find your allies, and ignore the pessimists. Building your audience is crucial, and you must allow your audience to be your teachers, and reach out to them to get constant feedback so you can continue to improve your product. Don't succumb to imposter syndrome, just follow your vision, trust your gut, and learn as you go!
