When I first started dating my wife, Victoria, I said, look, here's how my brain works. I cannot hear loud sounds. I cannot. So whatever you need to tell me, please say it gently. And so that gives you much information about how my brain works. My next guest, Jacqueline Campbell, is somebody who does this for a living and helps leaders become more effective by dealing with childhood trauma.
