Knowledge without action doesn't get you anywhere. You don't have to be perfect but quality and consistency and winning more days than you lose in your habits and health choices are how you change outcomes in your favor. Make a list of your top priorities in your life and what has to change to improve these outcomes. Then figure out how to win each day and choose the best quality and do this consistently. This sometimes requires you to struggle and embrace the suck. You will have days you don't win. But If you consistently do this you will win and change these outcomes and life for the better.
