Reading Acts Chapter 2

The promised Holy Spirit arrives with a sound like the rushing of a mighty wind and they see tongues like fire on each other's heads. They speak in a bunch of different languages, which makes the devout Jews who are there for the feast of weeks, also known as Pentecost, ask what is going on. So, Peter tells them they killed Jesus, who died for their sin then defied death. About 3000 people believed and shared a lot with those who were needy among them. Read from the World English Bible.
