A pursuit of what is good and beautiful according to the world’s standards will be a disappointing journey that ultimately leads one into sin at worst and only fleeting glimpses of satisfaction at best. When we adjust our understanding of what’s beautiful and good and adopt God’s definition, we grow closer to Him and can experience the life He sets for us.
