Performance Intelligence

What does it take to be Australia’s most capped sportsperson?
In this episode Andrew interviews former Australian rugby union captain, George Gregan. A man of many talents, George played multiple sports at a high level before settling on rugby and becoming known as one of the most prolific players and toughest competitors in the world, earning 139 caps playing for the Wallabies. George also played for the ACT Brumbies, Toulon in France and Suntory Japan.
Learn how George worked his way to the top and stayed there, his views on harnessing talent, his love of cricket,  learning from other sports, the importance of mentors and role models, being humble, and the love and compassion you receive from being a parent. Like everyone in life, George has also had some challenging times in his personal life, sport and business endeavours, and he is very canded about mistakes made along the way and lessons learned.
