Diving Deep with DL

Everyone will stand before God—but if there is NOW no condemnation for those who are IN Christ Jesus, what exactly is the disciple being judged for? In DTWOL… Condemned? Part 2, we dive deeper into the biblical distinction between condemnation and accountability, justification and sanctification, and works for salvation versus the good works of those who have been saved. Along the way, God’s Word directs our eyes away from religion, morality, and human effort and toward the only Remedy for humanity’s guilt and spiritual captivity—Jesus Christ and His finished work. And whether you are still trying to rescue yourself or are a disciple learning to walk in the freedom Christ has given you, one question remains beneath both dives: Are you IN Christ?

God's Word: Key Verses:  Romans 8:1; Romans 3:23–26; 1 Corinthians 3:11–15; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Ephesians 2:8–10; Additional Scripture references are woven throughout the Godcast and can be gleaned from the full transcript. Amen?
