Glenn: "Create authentic relationships is so important. And you know what, ask for help. Just ask for help. I can tell, anybody who comes to me, if I see something, come over, somebody wants to connect with me on LinkedIn... but if the person reaches out to me and says hey, here's my predicament, I need help, absolutely. I can't say no."
