Show Notes
This podcast is ideal for you if you are just getting started and working on creating your real estate channel on YouTube. We are anticipating all of your inquiries because we want to assist you! Because that is what we want, we want you to be incredibly knowledgable about running a YouTube channel.
I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.
Do you pay attention to the % watching at the end?
Until I found you I wasted so much on shorter videos which of course now I know kills my view duration. I have unlisted them now. Would deleting them help more or do I want to keep them unlisted?
Any suggestions to get those top-notch buyers in this market shift? What are you doing differently during this changed?
I've had a channel that was killing it from March 2020 until about 4-6 months ago. Did I notice a big drop-off in leads contacting me, coinciding with some new competitor channels? Any advice?
I got hit with a Facebook ad of a guy selling a coaching program that he obviously got from you. Everything was exact even did your beginning CTA word for word. What a P.O.S.
So what titles to reach higher-end buyers .. because yes my reach outs from youtube in the last 2 weeks have been in that market. Exciting. The pipeline is getting filled!
I was averaging around 3-5 leads weekly during 2020-2021 to now only around 1-2 per month. Trying to decide between going back to door-knocking cold calling or doubling down on Youtube. Thought?
These are just a few of the questions that were posed during our live Q&A podcast, and you're about to hear all of the answers, so stay tuned!

The Channel Junkies Podcast is for real estate agents who are already on YouTube and want the channel to finally behave like a business, not a second job. Each week, we show you how to turn your “Living In [City]” channel into a predictable relocation lead machine that feeds your pipeline whether you’re filming or not.
Hosted by Jackson Wilkey and Jesse Dau, founders of Channel Junkies, you’ll get tactical breakdowns on video hooks and titles, first‑30‑seconds retention, thumbnails, upload cadence, and analytics that actually matter. We go deep on the back end too: speed‑to‑lead, follow‑up SOPs, show‑rate fixes, and simple systems so you stop dropping YouTube leads on the floor and start closing more buyers and sellers.
No fluff, no generic “social media tips.” Just real case studies, hot‑seat audits, and step‑by‑step playbooks from agents doing 6–7 figures in GCI from their channels. New episodes weekly.
