The Jill Cruz Podcast

Caregiver fatigue is no joke, and women are adversely affected by it more often than we realize. We have this instinctual urge to take care of the people we love and put ourselves last, but itโ€™s time to change that narrative.

Elisse is a client of mine who was struggling to maintain healthy habits while taking care of her cancer-stricken husband and elderly mother.

Itโ€™s okay to put yourself first. If you are not on solid ground, you canโ€™t hold someone else up.
