The first thing in cascading visiion through your whole organisation is to have a vision. Clearly articulate your vision within your organisation. Make your organisation healthy so people may want to work with you. Communicate your vision, live it out and celebrate. The average person needs to hear 7 times to believe something. Be grounded and lead by example.
