On this episode of UAB Green and Told, we are joined by Joe Maluff, owner of Full Moon BBQ. Growing up in the shadow of UAB, Joe knew he was destined to become a Blazer as well as a restaurateur. Joe is as green and gold as Blazers come. Part of that can be traced to a friendship struck up with Coach Gene Bartow.
