Andrew Ledford discusses how habitually taking small shortcuts erodes your moral courage while living ethically even when no one is looking builds moral courage. Andrew Ledford is an active duty Navy Commander and holds a Ph.D. in Sociology.

Ethics and the Naval Warrior is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA grad. Michael spent 5 years in the Marine Corps and then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University. He then went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is now Director of the Boeing Innovation Lab at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
